Please note that all of our web design & development work is custom, based on each individual's needs and goals. Therefore, we do not have standard pricing for most of our web design projects. Logo Design

Full Logo Creation with Logo CD - $750

We feel that every successful business starts by creating the proper visual identity for the business. Our full logo service includes the following:

Meeting with our business consultant and graphic designer who specializes in logo development to discuss your business, goals, etc.
Research of your industry, including competitors, to ensure a full understanding of the business
Development of a professional logo with unlimited revisions based on your feedback
Production of a Logo CD containing your new logo in multiple vector and non-vector formats for any use, with detailed instructions on which file to use for each application

Logo Re-Creation with Logo CD - $350

Development of a professional logo based on your existing logo image

Website Packages

"Online Business Card" - $1,499

This is our basic website for a person or business who doesn't need a large site or e-commerce functionality. This site comes with the following features:

Domain name registration for 2 years if needed
Custom home page design by one of our professional graphic designers
Manual development of the design into full W3C standard compliant website code, optimized for all search engines from the ground up
This package includes up to five informational pages and a contact form with security features to reduce spam
Browser testing in all major internet browsers and browser versions, including PC and Mac operating systems to ensure site consistency
First month of hosting included

"E-Commerce Starter" - $2,499

This is our starter site for anyone selling products or services and accepting payment through their website (e-commerce), and includes the following features:

Domain name registration for 2 years if needed
Custom home page design by one of our professional graphic designers
Manual development of the design into full W3C standard compliant website code, optimized for all search engines from the ground up
Shopping cart software integration with initial setup of 50 products, including shipping setup & merchant account tie-in
SSL Security Certificate installation & setup for one year (SSL Security Certificates are billed annually at the going rate at the time of renewal)
Browser testing in all major internet browsers and browser versions, including PC and Mac operating systems to ensure site consistency
First month of hosting included

In both website packages above, all assets (images, copy, etc.) for the site is provided by the customer. We offer copy writing, copy editing, and stock photo services for an additional fee. Financing may be available with approved credit.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Services - $119 per page (One-time Fee)

Don't be scammed by other companies promising you top placement on search engines for hundreds of dollars per month! At Gale Force, we use only "white hat" optimization techniques and only charge you for the actual work we do. Our Search Engine Optimization services include downloading & reviewing your existing website, and updating it to be search engine friendly based on the latest search engine trends. Our service is a one-time service & fee; however, it is important to review your site often and stay on top of the latest developments in search technology to keep your site performing well. We recommend utilizing our Website Update service after the optimization on an ongoing basis to accomplish this goal. After we have optimized your site, we review it every time we update it with new content to ensure the site stays up to date. Other companies may charge you a separate fee for this service; the truth is if you update your site regularly (at least twice a month), we can do that for no additional charge. For $119 per page, we perform the following functions to ensure maximum search engine exposure:

Review & edit page titles
Ensure proper use of heading tags & copy
Ensure proper use of paragraphs, div tags, alt text on images & media, style integration, and site structure
Review all copy and suggest new copy written by a SEO Copy Writer, with integration upon approval*
Submission or re-submission of your site to the major search engines

Social Media Marketing

With the advancements in technology over the past few years, successful businesses have learned that they need to adapt to the latest trends to stay connected to their audience. That trend is now Social Media networking, with the most popular services being Facebook and Twitter. It is also important to incorporate a blog on your website with regular updates to keep your customers informed; remember, if you don't, your competitor will. We offer basic and enhanced Social Media Management packages, and take care of this aspect of your marketing plan so you don't have to. Simply provide us with weekly information (depending on your type of business–we can help you determine what type of information and frequency), and we take care of the rest!

Website Updates

Updating your website frequently is a vital part of any successful website marketing plan. Not only does this keep your content fresh and encourage frequent visits, it also helps to index your site higher on the search engines. We offer regular content updates, but strongly suggest you take advantage of our SEO Service if we did not initially build your site. Search engine indexing priorities change constantly; if your site wasn't built to optimize recent search engine trends, or was built over three years ago, you may be falling behind your competition in the search results.

All of our hourly charges are logged and billed in quarter-hour (15-minute) increments; a work log is attached to your monthly invoice. We believe you should only have to pay for the amount of work you need, not an entire hour every time! Also remember that consultations and estimates are always free at Gale Force.
