Our Founder & President

Gale Force Web Pros was founded by David Head, a Jacksonville business leader with a love for computing technology. Having many associates who were entrepreneurs, he kept hearing how unhappy people were with their website company. After completing extensive research on the industry, David decided to form Gale Force Web Pros and provide cutting-edge technology with outstanding customer service.

Gathering a small team of professional graphic designers and web development specialists, David launched Gale Force Web Pros with the following mission: to provide state-of-the-art web technology services, on time, on budget, in a professional manner, with the best customer service in the industry. Every day David and his team at Gale Force strive to deliver on their mission.

David was raised in Savannah, Georgia, and lived in various parts of the Southeast until settling down in Jacksonville in 1996. The majority of his career was spent as a District Manager with Blockbuster Video throughout the 1990s; it was in this and other similar roles that David gained his true understanding of the meaning of customer service and its importance in any successful business.

David earned his B.S. degree in Psychology from Excelsior College and his M.B.A. with a Finance Concentration from the University of North Florida. David currently serves on the UNF Coggin College of Business Alumni Board as the Secretary/Treasurer, and the Board of Directors for the North Florida Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). David has also completed professional training in Web Development, Adobe Flash & Action Script, ColdFusion, and Adobe After Effects.
